And as a Les Mils BODYFLOW Instructor, I know the benefits of stretching, strengthening, and meditation on physical, mental, and emotional health and wellness.

Q: How does it work?
You’ll get weekly email tips and strategies, plus a bonus weekly audio or video message, sent straight to your inbox.
You’ll also have access to the Zoom links for our kickoff and wrap up celebrations, and you’ll be able to message directly with me and other community members on our private Discord group. All the setup info will be sent upon registration!
Q: When does the group run?
From November 22 (the week of Thanksgiving) to January 3.
You’ll get two weekly emails, including one with video or audio content, plus access to our private Discord community.
Our live celebration calls will be Monday, November 22 and Monday, January 3.
Q: What if I can’t join the live calls?
No worries! These are special bonus events to ask questions, share successes, and celebrate the season.
This is all about stressing LESS so if you can’t make it, that’s ok!
Q: Why should I join?
The holiday season can be super stressful, and it’s often so hard for my clients to make it in to the gym. Last year during the peak of the pandemic, there were fewer holiday obligations and stressors…and I kinda liked it! This year I want to keep that sense of peace and actual enjoyment of the holiday season alive.
No matter what/how/if you’re celebrating, this time of year can be full of treats, responsibilities, events, and general stress and anxiety.
